Fourth on the North Wales list
Ann Griffith is currently a county councillor and has said that fighting for better access to healthcare and a better economic deal for north Wales will be her priority.
“I’m pleased to be selected as the candidate for North Wales. This election offers unprecedented opportunity for the people of the north to secure a better deal for the region.
“Healthcare is a particular area of concern for the residents of north Wales. Through Plaid Cymru’s plans to recruit one thousand extra doctors, which would more GPs in the areas that they are needed, are so important. We can keep healthcare as close to home as possible.
“I also believe that our young people deserve the best start in life which is why I think our Cradle to Career education initiatives are a tremendous opportunity to improve the chances that are available to the next generation."
